Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website and the LScale service are operated by Launch & Scale Studio LLC ("LScale", "we", "us"), a Delaware limited liability company with a registered address at 611 South Dupont Highway, Suite 102, Dover, DE 19901, United States. You can reach us at hello@lscale.io or +1 (888) 645-0088.

LScale provides managed AI employees for service businesses, starting with a Managed AI Receptionist that answers calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, and updates business records on behalf of our customers.

2. What this policy covers

This policy describes how we handle personal information when you:

• visit this website;
• submit the "Create Your AI Employee" form;
• book a call with us through our scheduling provider;
• call our demo line or speak with our AI Receptionist;
• become a customer of the LScale service.

An important distinction. When LScale runs an AI Receptionist for a business customer, the recordings and details of that business's customer calls are processed on the business's behalf and under its instructions. In those calls, the business you called is responsible for how your information is used; we act as its service provider. This policy governs data we collect for our own purposes.

3. What we collect

Information you give us

• Onboarding form: first name, work email, industry, and optionally a phone number.
• Scheduling: details you provide when booking a call. Bookings from this site go through HubSpot Meetings; some links shared before August 2026 still use Calendly.
• Correspondence: anything you send to hello@lscale.io.

Calls with our AI Receptionist

Calls to our own line, including the demo line, are answered by our AI Receptionist and may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized. A disclosure is configured at the start of the call flow. If you do not want to be recorded, you can hang up and email us instead.

Text messages (SMS)

We text you only if you have asked us to, in one of exactly two ways.

• You tick the box on our form. The form where you tell us about your business has an optional checkbox, unticked by default, reading "Text me about my request". Ticking it is a request for text messages to the number you gave. It is never required in order to submit the form or to become a customer.
• You agree on a call. If you call +1 (888) 645-0088 and speak with our AI Receptionist, it may ask whether you would like a booking or follow-up link sent by text. We send it only after you clearly agree, and because calls are recorded, that agreement is documented.

Either way we send appointment and lead follow-up messages only — never marketing. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. For assistance, email admin@lscale.io.

Website chat

Our website chat is operated for us by a third-party AI platform. When it loads it creates an identifier for your browser and stores it in your browser's local storage, so that a conversation can be continued rather than restarted; it sets no cookies. What you type, and any name, email address or phone number you give the assistant, is processed by that platform and passed to our CRM so we can reply. The chat loads only after you accept on the cookie banner — the same gate as our analytics — and it also loads a web font from Google, which means Google receives your IP address when the chat is active. If you decline, the chat does not load at all.

Collected automatically

We use HubSpot as our CRM and website analytics provider. HubSpot sets cookies on this site — including one named hubspotutk — that record the pages you view and, if you later submit the form, link that browsing history to your submission so we can see which pages lead to enquiries. Our hosting infrastructure may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations. Third-party pages you continue to — scheduling and AI-creation flows — set their own cookies under their own policies.

Your choice. These analytics cookies are not necessary for the site to work, so you control them. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we set nothing until you accept: the banner appears first and declining is one click, exactly like accepting. Elsewhere the cookies load with the notice and you can decline at any time. Declining deletes the HubSpot and Google advertising cookies already on your device. Your decision is remembered in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, and it is specific to that browser.

Change your cookie choice

Advertising

We advertise with Google Ads, and this site carries the Google tag (gtag.js) for our advertising account. When it loads, the tag sets first-party cookies in your browser — _gcl_au always, and _gcl_aw if you arrived by clicking one of our ads — writes a matching _gcl_ls key to your browser's local storage, and sends Google the address and title of the page, your IP address, and basic information about your browser and device. Google uses this to measure the traffic our ads bring to this site and to build advertising audiences. Measured 21 September 2026: it is the only advertising tag on the site, we run no other ad network, and the tag sends Google nothing you type into the form or the chat.

It sits behind the same cookie banner as our analytics, and behind the same two regimes: in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland nothing is set until you accept; elsewhere the tag loads with the notice, and declining deletes the cookies it has set and keeps it from loading again. You can also block or delete these cookies with your browser's own controls, and limit what Google does with the data in My Ad Center. Google processes it under its own privacy policy. US residents have a narrower switch as well, in section 6: it stops the remarketing side of the tag and leaves conversion measurement running.

4. How we use information

• To respond to your request and set up your AI Receptionist;
• to contact you about your request, including by phone if you provided a number;
• to provide, configure, test, monitor, and improve the managed service for you;
• to bill for the service, including automatic card billing for additional credits as described in our Terms of Service;
• to keep the service safe, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Training and model improvement. LScale does not use customer call content to train general models, or to improve systems for other customers, without that customer's separate consent.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information for money, and never have. Our Google Ads tag does share your browsing with Google to build advertising audiences, which several US state laws count as a "sale" or as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising — section 6 is the switch that stops it. Otherwise we share personal information only with:

• Service providers who process it for us: the AI platform that powers agent creation, calls and our website chat, our customer-relationship-management and scheduling system (HubSpot), Calendly while previously shared booking links remain in use, our email and hosting providers, and — once billing is live — a payment processor. Each is bound by its own contractual terms;
• Google, which receives the advertising-tag data described in section 3 and processes it under its own privacy policy;
• Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it;
• A successor entity if LScale is acquired or reorganized, in which case this policy continues to apply to previously collected data.

When you continue from our form to the AI-creation flow, you leave our site and enter a third-party platform; its privacy policy applies to what you enter there.

6. Your privacy rights

Twenty US states, including Delaware and California, grant residents rights over personal data — typically access, correction, deletion, portability, and opting out of sale or targeted advertising. Many of these laws apply only above processing thresholds that LScale does not currently meet. We honor these requests regardless of thresholds: email hello@lscale.io with the subject "Privacy request" and we will respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Targeted advertising, and "sale" or "sharing". The one piece of this you do not have to email us about is the advertising tag described in section 3. Switching it off here tells Google to apply restricted data processing to your visits: it keeps measuring whether one of our ads led to an enquiry, and it stops Google using your visit for remarketing lists, similar audiences or personalized ads.

Do not sell or share my personal information

We also honor Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends that signal, this opt-out applies automatically and cannot be switched back on from this page. Either way the choice lives in your browser's local storage, so it is specific to that browser, and it does not affect the cookie banner in section 3 — declining there stops the tag altogether.

Visitors from the EU / UK

If you visit from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your data on the legal bases of consent (form submissions), contract (providing the service), and legitimate interest (site security). You additionally have rights to object, to restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Our services are hosted in the United States, so your data is transferred there.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or de-identified. You may request deletion at any time at hello@lscale.io.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business, and we limit access to personal information to those who need it to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim any third-party security certification.

9. Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or sent to the email you provided.
